Pistachios
I love roasted Iranian pistachios, with salt and lime juice. You can find Iranian pistachios at Iranian markets or order from Canada.

Saffron

Olive Oil
For cooking use any pure organic olive oil. For salads, however, use the best olive oil you can find. I like the organic FranciBio.
